Shopping at Homezy.nl


Do you have a question about a product, an order or about something else for Homezy? Please send us an email (info@homezy.nl) and ask us your questions. We will answer any question as soon as possible!



Shipping costs


What are the shipping costs for my order? 

For each destination the shipping charge is calculated based on our costs to ship there. Just select the correct country from a dropdown list during the checkout process. If your country is not listed, just send us a message and will gladly add your country to the list! 

For Belgium and Germany: we charge a fee of €4,50 from order values over €75,=. If the order exceeds €150,= the shipment is free.


Currently we ship to: Belgium, Germany, United Kingdom, France, Austria, Luxemburg, Denmark, Sweden, Spain, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Italy, Ireland, Poland and Slovenia.


Who pays for extra shipments (backorders)?

If not all items you order are on stock, we will pay for the additional freight charges for the extra shipment needed to complete your order. If there are missing items to your order we will send them all in one shipment.




How to pay


Online payment should be easy, just like shopping itself. Therefore, you can pay either by bank transfer or with Paypal, both safe and trusted payment options. The information that you need to complete the bank transfer will be mailed to you after you complete the ordering process.


Which payment options are available?

At Homezy, you can either pay using Paypal or via bank transfer (using your own bank environment). During the ordering process you can select the option of your choice. If you choose to pay via bank transfer, we will ship as soon as the payment has been received in our bank account, usually this takes 2-3 days for foreign bank transfers. Paying with Paypal means immediate shipment.

Either way, if you wish to cancel or return your order, we will reimburse you for the full invoice amount. 



Ik heb een klacht over Homezy 

Je kunt ons per e-mail (support@homezy.nl) of per post laten weten wat de klacht is, dan proberen wij om het samen naar tevredenheid op te lossen. In ieder geval ontvang je een bevestiging van de klacht, als het langer dan een paar dagen duurt om de klacht te onderzoeken. Als je er de voorkeur aan geeft kan je ook contact opnemen met de Stichting Webshop Keurmerk waar Homezy bij aangesloten is. Als de klacht ondanks hun bemiddeling nog steeds niet opgelost, dan is er nog de mogelijkheid om deze voor te leggen aan de geschillencommissie van de Stichting Webshop Keurmerk. Zij onderzoeken de klacht en komen daarna met een bindend advies voor beide partijen.


Ordering at Homezy is simple and quick. After you have added a product to your shopping basket, you can check out your selection, the prices and how to pay. Also, you will see how many 'bonus points' you will collect with your purchase. This can be used as discount for your next purchase. Proceed to checkout so you can fill in the name and address fields in one simple form. Choose your preferred payment method, finish the transaction and your order will be shipped!
