Ordering at Homezy is simple and quick. After you have added a product to your shopping basket, you can check out your selection, the prices and how to pay. Also, you will see how many 'bonus points' you will collect with your purchase. This can be used as discount for your next purchase. Proceed to checkout so you can fill in the name and address fields in one simple form. Choose your preferred payment method, finish the transaction and your order will be shipped!

 

I have placed an order but did not receive a confirmation email

If you have not received an order confirmation in your mailbox, please contact us at info@homezy.nl and describe your order in the mail. We will then immediately check if your order has been processed correctly. Don't forget to check your email spam folder, it's possible that our email has ended up there.

 

Do you ship to other countries?

Yes, we can ship to most European countries, just select the correct country from a dropdown list during the checkout process. For each destination the shipping charge is calculated based on our costs to ship there. If your country is not listed, just send us a message and will gladly add your country to the list!

 

Currently we ship to: Belgium, Germany, United Kingdom, France, Austria, Luxemburg, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Spain, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Italy, Ireland, Poland and Slovenia.

 

When can I expect to receive my order?

If you order from Homezy before 15:00 o' clock, you may assume that your order will be shipped the same working day. If an item is not on stock, this will be clearly marked during the ordering process so you will not get an unpleasant surprise.

 

Who pays for extra shipments (backorders)?

If not all items you order are on stock, we will pay for the additional freight charges for the extra shipment needed to complete your order. If there are missing items to your order we will send them all in one shipment.

 

Which payment methods do you support?

In our webshop you can pay via iDEAL, Paypal, Mister Cash, Afterpay, Sofortbanking, credit cards or by bank transfer - depending on your location. During checkout you can select the method of your choice. 

 

Do certain payment methods costs extra?

Unfortunately, yes. Payment via Afterpay, Mister Cash and credit cards will result in a payment surcharge, because as shop owners we have to pay our own (higher) surcharge to the bank. Payments via iDeal, Paypal, Sofortbanking and via bank transfer don't cost extra and are therefore recommended.
